If you are experiencing any flu or cold systems, please be courteous and wear a mask in the office.
We offer Telemedicine appointments if you are experiencing symptoms and need to be tested for COVID-19.
Please, do NOT come to your appointment if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, new loss of taste or smell, nausea, diarrhea, fatigue or have had close, in-person contact with someone who has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus within the past 14 days.
